Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered at the time of receiving.
2. Return Time Frame
Customers must report any issue within 24–48 hours after receiving the product. After this period, return requests may not be accepted.
3. Condition of Product
To be eligible for return, the product must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals
- Not show signs of physical damage caused by the user
4. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or accident
- Items without original packaging
- Accessories or consumable parts used by the customer
5. Replacement / Refund
After inspection:
- If the issue is valid, we will offer replacement or solution
- Refund (if applicable) will be processed according to company policy
6. Return Process
Customers must contact our support team via phone or WhatsApp and provide:
- Order details
- Problem description
- Photo/video proof of the issue
